Flash Academy is a Martial Arts Facility offering Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, Self-Defense, Tumbling, Cheer, and Yoga classes in Millcreek, UT.  This is a family-friendly gym for people of all ages.

Flash Karate Federation also promotes amateur and professional boxing and kickboxing events throughout the country. Flash Academy offers amateur and professional training. We have elite coaches and world-renowned trainers. Mr. Flash is a 4x world kickboxing (WKA) champion.

Mr. Flash is a Grandmaster in Chinese Kenpo martial arts.  This is a unique way of training with a variety of things we offer for the young and old. There is an emphasis on teaching and promoting SERVICE, RESPECT, HONESTY, SELF-IMPROVEMENT, HEALTH, LOYALTY, CHARACTER, CONTROL, COURAGE, and SINCERITY.
